JOB TITLE:              COORDINATOR –MH SUPPORT SERVICES

WORKSITE:              Suffolk

 

WORK HOURS:        8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.

 

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Reporting to the Care Coordination and Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, the individual in this position will be responsible for the oversight of Mental Health Support Services and Mental Health Housing Programs. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of community partnerships to continue the expansion of housing and services for the seriously mentally ill; identifying and securing housing; conducting training and supervisory services to MH Support Services staff.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS Degree in a Human Services field (including but not limited to Social Work, Psychology or Counseling). Minimum two (2) years clinical work experience in a mental health/substance abuse facility or similar setting; valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record.
