of your services.  No guarantee of hours. 

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:  Responsible for providing Crisis Stabilization Services to SMI individuals in psychiatric crisis.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Provide crisis stabilization to mentally ill individuals.  Assist in identifying consumer needs and provide supportive counseling and encouragement.  Transport consumers and make home visits.  Complete daily progress notes, contact logs and all written documentation in a timely manner.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Master’s Degree in Human Service field or BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling with one (1) year clinical experience in a mental health setting and/or personal experience with mental health services; valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.

 

HIRING SALARY:               $25.00 per Hour.
