JOB TITLE:                         CLINICIAN II,

                                                         IN-HOME INTENSIVE CHILDREN’S SERVICES

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Provide intensive, time-limited, home-based family centered services to families to prevent out-of-home placement of children; complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide counseling, and implement clinical interventions.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Conduct in-home clinical evaluations; provide counseling, and case management to children, adolescents and their families; develop treatment plans; provide consultation to prevent out-of-home placement.  Work with families to develop new and improved coping, problem solving, and communication skills directed toward stabilizing the home environment.  Comply with Human Rights Regulations. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling; or related Human Services field and one year relevant work experience in a Mental Health program; two years family therapy training in a home-based setting.  Valid driver’s license, acceptable DMV record.

 

HIRING SALARY:  $40.00 PER HOUR.
