WORKSITE: Suffolk
WORK HOURS: 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Work Schedule May Flex to Accommodate Program Needs.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The incumbent will perform clinical duties encompassing mental health screenings and assessments to determine appropriate services for children/adolescents; provide clinical supervision to assigned counselor caseload; maintain documentation and bill according to licensure and payer requirements/regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Clinical Licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LCP); valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record.This position requires computer proficiency.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
