WORK HOURS: Mon. –Fri.; 8:00a.m -4:00p.m.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Direct school and community based Day Treatment Programs
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide clinical Supervision to program counselors; perform clinical duties including assessment, diagnostic impression, case management, counseling, crisis prevention/intervention, behavior modification, and treatment planning to children and adolescents with major life impairments. Responsibilities include training, and staff evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field is required as outlined by DMAS and at least one year of management or Lead Counselor experience. Professional Clinical Licensure and Master’s Degree in Human Services preferred; valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record at the time of employment and continuously thereafter required.
