GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Implement
Nursing Services and Health Care for consumers in the Medication Maintenance
program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible
for medication treatment, compliance, monitoring, review and management of the
Medication Management Program; Develop and implement Individual Service Plans; Provide
Physical and Mental Health assessments, Responsible to coordinate and insure
compliance with program’s Licensure, DMAS, Human Rights, HIPAA requirements,
record management and fiscal guidelines to ascertain reimbursement form
third party payers.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation
from accredited School of Practical Nursing; current LPN License; one year related work experience; valid driver’s
license with acceptable DMV record required.
