GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:  Responsible for conducting reviews of consumer clinical records, medical records and financial records for all agency programs.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Utilize appropriate sampling techniques to coordinate and conduct systematic utilization reviews of consumer clinical, medical and financial records; assist Q.A. Director with Licensure, Credentialing, Accreditation, Medical compliance, and development of policies and procedures; assist Q.A. Director in coordination of investigations of Human Rights violations; maintain relevant data, trend analysis and profile statistics and prepare associated reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  BA/BS Degree in a human services field; Masters Degree and Licensure (LPC, LCSW, RN, LCP) preferred. Five (5) years experience in a community mental health/substance abuse facility or similar setting; three (3) years supervisory experience in a public agency.
