Supportive Residential Services (In Home)provides individual program planning in the consumers's home enviornment as well as in the community. Services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and implemented accordingly.
Western Tidewater CSB's Supportive Residential Services program is committed to providing appropriate community assistance, support and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and their families. We promote consumer independence and community activities of their choice. Priority is given to those individuals within the Moderate to Sever/Profound functional range of disabilities.
Satisfaction is one on our primary goals. Clients, family members, primary care physicians and other referral sources provide information which helps us remain responsive to the client and community needs.
