Western Tidewater Community Services Board Mental Health Services promotes individual and community well-being by minimizing mental health illnesses, emotional disturbance, and severe emotional distress.
Our staff is dedicated to:
· assisting and supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses
· empowering individuals with a mental health disorder to live independent productive lives and achieve their fullest potential as valued and contributing members of their communities
· providing services for persons in acute psychiatric or emotional distress
· supporting families of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbances
