WORK HOURS: As you are available and as we have need
of your services. No guarantee of hours.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provide quality care and assist consumers in maintaining stability in
the most appropriate environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with developing and implementing consumer treatment plans. Monitor,
evaluate, train and provide direct care; to individuals with mental retardation
in a residential facility. Exercise sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and
maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures
which comply with legal, administrative and Medicaid mandates.
QUALIFICATIONS: HS
Diploma/GED; one year direct care work experience in a MR residential setting;
Food Handlers Certification; valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record
at the time of employment and continuously thereafter.
HIRING SALARY: $13.00 per Hour
