Data Analyst

Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Data Analyst. 

Responsibilities and Duties of our Data Analyst:
  • Monitor Data Entry into the Epinet Webcab system for all Coordinated Specialty Care Clients in accordance with standards set forth by DBHDS.
  • Responsible for assisting the Program Administrator with coordination, planning, development, and implementation of strategies designed to complete project goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for assisting with documenting progress towards implementation of assigned projects and ensuring associated reporting is managed and submitted timely.
  • Responsible for supporting Program Administrator with organizing meeting schedules and documenting meeting notes and outcomes.
  • Responsible for ensuring grant expenditures are received from finance and uploaded within our project management software.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Assist with and/or provide staff training as needed.
  • Assist with collecting and interpreting data in order to create reports.
  • Responsible for sending out tasking reminders as directed by Program Administrator.
  • Assist with any other duties under the direction of the Program Administrator.
Qualifications and Skills for our Data Analyst:
  • Minimum education an associates degree or currently in school is preferred.
  • One (1) year of data analyst and administrative work experience or equivalent preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
