Licensed Mental Health Professional- SMVF

Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional Clinician IV for our Service Member Veteran and Family (SMVF) program.

Responsibilities and Duties for SMVF Clinician IV:

• Completion and review of comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Leading therapeutic groups, individual therapy and addressing crisis
• Provide training on topics to a regional audience specific to SVMF and associated women’s needs
• Provide Culturally Appropriate Care to Service Members, Veterans and their Families
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations and agency policy

Qualifications and Skills for Licensed Clinician:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field (Required).
• Valid LPC or LCSW
• A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a human services field
• Have experience with the military population and Military sexual traumatic cases (Preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and acceptable DMV record at time of hire and continuously thereafter.
