I am a Resident in Counseling with a passion for human development and life fulfillment. My passion areas include adolescent and teen counseling, trauma informed care, military psychology, grief management and mental health advocacy.

Each session is catered to you within a safe environment to promote mindfulness and healing. Cognitive interventions are incorporated along with meditation, art, and even games to fit your comfortability.
