Western Tidewater CSB is here to help when you need it most – no matter the day or time. Our highly competent and compassionate staff is accessible 24/7 to provide immediate mental health or substance abuse treatment to individuals experiencing an acute dysfunction and need immediate clinical attention – no matter their age, ethnicity, or disability.
We are committed to serving community members in crisis to help prevent condition escalation or injury, either to themselves or those around them. Our goal is to assess and stabilize acute symptoms of mental illness, alcohol, and other substance abuse by providing treatment in the least restrictive setting. Your relief is our priority, and our Crisis Services are always available and accessible to all.

REACH
Regional Education Assessment Crisis Services Habilitation (REACH) is a crisis response program for individuals and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

- Supports those at risk of homelessness, incarceration, hospitalization, and/or danger to self or others
- 24/7/365 mobile crisis response by Master’s level clinicians
- Training for the individual’s system of support to include family and providers
- The ultimate goal is to support the least restrictive level of care necessary while striving to keep individuals stable within their home community

Children’s Crisis Stabilization Unit – BRIDGES (Windsor, VA) offers short-term residential crisis services for male and female adolescents up to age 17.
