T2Mood Tracker– Allows you to track Anxiety/Depression/PTSD/Stress/ add topic, client can rate once a day shows bar graph can track month at a time.
Mood Tools– Thought Diary app assists in reframing thoughts, information about depression, links to Ted Talks, & Safety Plan feature
Thought Diary– Diary app provides ability to name entry, describe situation, discuss negative thoughts, challenge cognitive distortions, and find alternative thoughts. Saves previous entries
Companion App – CBT app for stress & anxiety provides relaxation exercise, assist in reframing though (identify trigger, identify negative though, create new thought, create customizable cards to manage symptoms
OSUCCS (iphone only) – Deep breathing exercise, breath visualization, muscle relaxation exercise, links YouTube videos how to combat stress. Also has gratitude journal which links to online website provide example.
PsychDrugs– App has most psychological drugs, listed A-Z, has brand/generic name, dosage forms/maximum dosage, half-life, side effects, and most common diagnoses for medication
Mindshift– App for anxiety management provides education, walks through common situations how to cope with anxiety (realistic thinking, managing worrying, dealing with conflict, relaxation exercise (calm breathing, tense & release), visualization/mindfulness strategies, assist with developing coping strategies
Pacifica– Rate current mood, rate health (customizable), develop hope board, daily mood entry, reframe thoughts, guided meditations with videos (deep breathing/mindfulness), has week tracker options to work on completing goal (reminds you get on the app)
Calm– App for mindfulness (beginners, increase focus, reduce anxiety, sleep, stress, relationships), breath visualizer, guided sleep story
DBSA– Wellness Tracker (mood & well-being) can rate symptoms, track sleep/medication compliance (not customizable format)
Rise Up– App for body dysmorphia/eating disorder, can log meals, lean ways to cope (journal topic, engage mindfulness exercise). This app is not customizable it does link to Instagram/twitter/FB to connect social support through Recovery Warriors.
PTSD Coach– App education about PTSD (individual/family impact), track symptoms, discusses triggers and ways to cope with symptoms.
Calm Harm– App for resisting the use to engage in self-harm, discusses “ride the wave” before engaging in self-harm, has participate engage in activity for 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes.
