My strengths and passions include being compassionate, being an advocate for my clients, creative/artistic and enjoys a good sense of humor while motivating her clients to wholeness. It is a privilege to help you along in you journey.
I have worked in the field for 23 years, I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, autism, grief and loss, childhood trauma, attachment, developmental issues, women issues, intellectual disabilities. When outside of the office I enjoy walking/hiking, yoga, painting, drawing, reading, writing, and connecting to friends in church and the community.
