Emergency Services

Crisis services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all individuals of any age, ethnicity, or disability, who are in crisis due to mental illness or substance abuse.  The services include counseling and phone consultations with or for people in crisis, as well as admission screenings for crisis stabilization, psychiatric hospitalizations, and/or substance abuse inpatient treatment.


Quality Assurance and Compliance

Overall quality improvement of service delivery is the focus of this department.  The department handles quality of agency programs including compliance with all federal and state statutes, licensure, Medicaid, and Human Rights mandates for the agency.  Staff handle quality assurance in record keeping, centralized processes, medical records and peer reviews for the agency.
