The first step into your healing journey starts with your decision to step out of your comfort zone. If you have made the decision to seek therapy, I look forward to encouraging, celebrating, and walking with you through this new journey.

As a Supervisee in Social Work, I am deeply passionate about supporting others on their journey to healing. I am most experienced in providing outpatient mental health therapy for individuals with an array of mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. My treatment modalities encompass Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and an eclectic therapy approach tailored to each individual’s needs.

Following high school, I enlisted in the Navy and served actively for eight years. After my service, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and pursued a master’s in social work.

“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” -Maya Angelou
