There have been so many events that have happened in the last year or two of our lives (all of us!) that have caused stress. The pandemic, loss and death, it all stacks on top of us to the point where even daily tasks can seem too overwhelming to deal with anymore. 

When you become this stressed out it can change the way you function resulting in a loss of executive function, a loss of drive, and can even affect the way you see yourself physically. 

So how do we handle stress when life seems too overwhelming? And how do we do it in a healthy way?
