Or maybe you just feel a little “off.” 

You might feel that you have a lot of problems you need to address, or that nothing is actually wrong at all. 

The truth may be somewhere between the two–it could be depression. 

Depression Can Actually Affect Us Physically

We all know the common symptoms of depression–feelings of hopelessness, guilt or worthlessness–but there’s more to it than that. 

So you might think that you just need to sleep more or to eat better, and that could be true, but it could actually be depression could be behind your unhealthy behavior patterns.
