Crisis Receiving Center: 24/7

Crisis Receiving Center (CRC)

Western Tidewater CSB’s CRC is the only 24/7 mental health clinic in the region. No appointment needed—help is available any time, day or night.

Outpatient Therapy: Substance Abuse (SOR)

Treating substance abuse is about more than medical detox. We use integrated substance use and mental health person-centered treatment to help clients understand and process the root of their issues with substance use.

Case Management (SOR)

Case managers are healthcare professionals who serve as advocates for our community members. They support, guide and coordinate care for clients, and their families and caregivers, throughout their wellness journey.

Social Detox

A safe place for someone to come when someone is under the influence to be monitored and get sober safely (not a medical detox).

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

A therapeutic approach designed that help those with mental health conditions develop the skills and support systems they need to live independent, fulfilling lives.

Peer Support Services

Peer support providing guidance, advocacy and support for individuals with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Housing Assistance

Voluntary, flexible support to help people with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community.

Support Groups

Virtual support groups are available for: Substance use, recovery, and anger management. In-person groups coming soon!

Day Support

For individuals with intellectual disabilities – come together with others and learn daily skills. Budgeting, vocational support, nutrition, skills for furthering independence.
