Walk-In Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Starting June 2nd, 2025, Northgate Walk-In hours will be Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri from 8:30AM-2PM. Thursday walk-in clinic hours will move to the Saratoga Community Counseling Center.

Walk-In Clinic

WTCSB has four walk-in clinics serving our community. These walk-in clinics serve as an access point in WTCSB’s Same Day Access Program. No appointment required! Northgate Walk-In Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Same Day Access

Western Tidewater CSB’s Same Day Access program is a centralized, no-hassle intake program available to the community via phone, email, and walk-in, no appointment necessary.

Outpatient Mental Health Counseling

Mental Health Counseling at WTCSB is person centered treatment that helps children & adults develop skills and confidence.

Case Management

Case managers are healthcare professionals who serve as advocates for our community members. They support, guide and coordinate care for clients, and their families and caregivers, throughout their wellness journey.

School Intervention Program (SCIP)

The School Intervention Program (SCIP) provides in-school services to at-risk children and teens who exhibit multiple behavioral, emotional and/or social problems.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling

We use integrated substance use and mental health person-centered treatment to help clients understand and process the root of their issues with substance use.

Medical Services

We offer an array of center-based medical and associated nursing services in conjunction with case management/care coordination. Pharmacological evaluations, treatments and management, monitoring of DSM V disorders.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance abuse-related crisis. Call 757-925-2484 to reach the emergency service line.

Rapid Mobile Response and Clinical Services (RC5)

The RC5 program offers crisis stabilization for children and adults by treating symptoms of mental or behavioral health conditions in individuals who are at high risk of admission to a psychiatric hospital.
