As a Resident in Counseling my goal is to provide a safe place to help ease emotional burdens and empower individuals to choose a healthier mindset. I have provided therapeutic services to the community for 7 years and have worked with children and adolescents ranging from 5 years old to 20 years old with a wide range of concerns including, Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression.

I graduated in 2017 from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree and in 2017, I graduated from Norfolk State University with a master’s degree in Arts, Urban Communication. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques and person-centered approach to meet my clients where they are at. I am excited and passionate about helping others. My mission is to provide a safe and welcoming place towards healing and empowerment. 

My primary areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD.
