As a resident in counseling, my goal is to provide compassionate counseling in a safe environment. I have provided services within different community settings since 2008. I enjoy working with children and adolescents ranging from 4 years of age up to young adulthood.

I specialize in providing outpatient therapy for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. I also provide therapy for individuals with an array of diagnosis including anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Theory, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and aspects of play therapy.
